ABOUT SHANNON DIENER
Hi, I’m Shannon.
I spent nearly 13 years working in California Child Protective Services, including emergency response, on-going case management, and after-hours investigations. Prior to CPS, I spent 10 years working in Early Head Start leadership supporting children and families in rural California Communities.
Throughout my career, I worked with families experiencing overwhelming stress, confusion, and fear while trying to navigate complex systems.
I created Parent Path California because I believe families deserve clear information, practical support, and compassionate guidance while navigating CPS involvement and dependency court.
My goal is not to provide legal advice or replace attorneys. Instead, I help families better understand the process, prepare effectively, stay organized, and communicate professionally throughout their case.
I understand both the emotional and practical challenges families face during dependency involvement and strive to provide calm, supportive, non-judge mental guidance every step of the way.
Services are virtual and available throughout California.
